Monday April 21

  • 10am – 11am Children’s Wellness Class taught by Cindy Noyes of Thyme to Learn Wellness.
Disconnect from the screen and reconnect with your child.  This class provides a child to learn skills to listen to their bodies, be mindful and spread loving-kindness.  Through a series of movement exercises, we will shake, wiggle, stretch and wind down to relaxation.  Then we will explore our breathing and how this relates to who we are.  We will take an adventure with meditation and imagery which will be reinforced with a project which they can take home to remember the experience.  Finally, we will wrap up with sending love and kindness to the world.  Parents/caregivers are requested to stay and participate.   Located at 111 Saranac Street.  All ages.  FREE
